Fabio Parrini's work includes recordings, live broadcasts, solo recitals, master classes, concertos, chamber music, and collaborations with soloists, choirs, orchestras, summer festivals, and opera productions. A Steinway Artist and South Carolina Arts Commission Approved Artist, he has released CDs as a soloist and with violinist Eun-Sun Lee, and has received multiple competition prizes, a Fulbright Grant, a Kahn Award, and recording grants from the Metropolitan Arts Council and North Greenville University, where he teaches. He has coached for the Philadelphia International Music Festival and is on the faculty roster of the International Music Academy in Cremona, Italy. He holds degrees from the Conservatory of Padua (Italy) and Boston University, and has studied with Anthony di Bonaventura, Micaela Mingardo, Gyorgy Sandor, Bruno Mezzena, and Adriana Rognoni.
